This machine is suitable for continuous label pasting, using local adhesive coating method, with low adhesive consumption and low operating cost. Suitable for circular and cylindrical containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal containers in industries such as washing, beverages, mineral water, and food. The bottle body is labeled with OPP film and other circumferential labels. Due to the use of non shrink materials, the label printing pattern will not deform, ensuring the beauty of product packaging and greatly reducing packaging material costs

8. The label conveying part includes the label station, constant tension control, correction mechanism, traction mechanism, label suction hub (cutting), labeling hub, and adhesive coating mechanism.

9. The bottle pressing head is electrically adjustable, and the height of the product can be changed through the human-machine interface for easy adjustment.

10. Design of safety clutch for bottle entry and exit star wheel, automatic shutdown alarm for stuck bottles.
