Description:
The bottle is transported by the air conveyor to the first sterilizer of the 5-in-1 machine by the star wheel. The clip on the rotary plate of the rinsing machine clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In a specific area of the sterilizer, a special nozzle on the clip sprays the disinfectant to sterilize the inner wall of the bottle, and the bottles are sterilized on the second sterilizer and then rinsed with purified water. After the bottle has been sterilized, rinsed, drained. The cleaned bottles are conveyed to the filling machine by the star wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck holder. The bottle is raised and lowered by the lifting mechanism under the guidance of the cam. The filling process is completed after the bottle rises to open the filling valve, and the filling machine adopts the pressure filling method directly connected with UHT. After the filling is completed, the bottle enters the capping machine through the star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine catches the bottle neck and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and self-rotating on the capping machine, and realizes the cap catching, cap positioning, capping actions under the guidance of the cam as well, and completes the whole capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the star wheel, out of the five-in-one machine to the next process. The whole machine equipment is equipped with sealing window, and appropriate space for passage is left at the inlet and outlet, and an exhaust vent is placed at the bottom of the sealing window to concentrate the return air to the air purification system.
