Description:
This machine can realize automatic feeding, alignment, lifting and layer arranging, ray feeding tray and palletizing.
During production, the shrinked pack is transported through the conveyor belt. When passing through the steering device, the pack is subjected to the necessary steering implemented by the counting procedure, and the automatic alignment is performed. When the entire layer is completed, the pushing device pushes the aligned layer onto the storage platform. The alignment layer then rises to palletizing position along with the platform, and the aligned layer is released, thereby achieving a layer of palletization. After the palletizing is completed, the platform returns to the original state, and the second layer palletizing operation is repeated. After the palletizing is completed, the entire pallet is automatically conveyed out of the machine.
