The water filling production line is exclusively for the production of 5 gallons of barreled drinking water. This machine can automatically finish pulling out the lid, washing outside the barrel, loading the barrel, washing detergent, circulating water, disinfectant, finished water, filling, lid arranging, capping, capping, whole barrel output, pail bagging and coding Functions such as stacking. The control part adopts a split electric control box, which is operated through a man-machine interface to achieve functions such as fault point display and automatic control of production inspection and operation. And there is a fault alarm function. The programmable controller PLC adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi series; the contactor relay adopts the French Schneider series; the water pump adopts the famous brand South pump at home and abroad; the pneumatic components are mainly Taiwan (Airtac). The stainless steel material used is SUS304. The main components such as motors, bearin.

1,Automatic barrel loading system

Automatic barrel loading unit adopts cylinder turnover design, can reduce the abrasion of barrel,longer service life.

Usage: to upload  5 gallon bottle into washing working station.

2.Automatic washing machine

(1).3 steps up-load barrel, 3 steps down barrel, can upper and down the barrel size difference within 2mm,smoothly,high pressure washing to ensure debris drop in barrel.

(2).Sterilization in barrel adopt energy-saving nozzle , only need 2 kilogram to operate.

(3).The washing nozzle : fixed type, lifting type, 360 degree rotary type is optional. 

(4).4 rows 30 station ,enhance washing, rack SUS304 80*80 rank thickess 3.0mm . ( working station can be customzied).

Advandge:

(1).Sterilization in barrel adopt energy -saving nozzle.

(2).Sterilization with acid/hot lye is equipped with fast return flow line.

(3). Lifting nozzle : when washing ,the nozzle will enter into bottle to be a higher position, with ultra-high pressure, the washing effect is better, the 360 degree rotary nozzle is optionl if request.

(4).Each washing station has separate washing pump,each pump is equipped with pressure gauge, washing part total station, 10 washing pump.

Inside washing process:

1. recycled water washing,

2. acid  liquid washing (can be heating)

3. alkaline liquid washing ( can be heating)

4. pure water washing
   

The total wahsing process can be customized according to customer's special request.

Water tank : is equipped with visible liquid pipe and low liquid level protection detecting, all water tanks are made of food grade sus304, alkaline water tank and medicine washing water tank use 2mm stainless steel 304 ,water tank can be equipped with electrical heating as request,adopting insulation to ensure the heating temperature can reach 80 degree,and has temperature control device.

3. Filling and capping machine

(1).Filling adopt pneumatic lifting mechanism, pressure filling, the filling valve don't touch bottle , avoid the second pollution，locate level, high filling precision.

(2).Filling volume and filling time is adjustable,all type use food grade sus304 material.

(3).Capping use stainless steel continuos capping.Whoe set of machine is made of food grade sus304.

4.Automatic cap loading machine

Automatic air cap delivery device has compact structure,the bracket is made of high quality stainless steel,the machine adopt time setting lifting cap principle,when caps are not enough,detector switch in cap container send signal,cap lifting machine start working.Cap container is connected with rotary cap sorter,it adopts automatic lifting cap principle by rotary table,when caps are not enough,the detector switch in cap container send signal,the cap delivery machine start working.

5.Automatic on-line cap sterilization machine

This unit is made of food grade stainless steel 304, use washing nozzle to wash and clean cap ,cap will send into cap slide unit after been washed.
