Description:
Empty bottles are fed into the machine by the spiral feeder, being picked up by the star-wheel at the entrance and sent to the rinsing station. The rinsing process is divided into two sections, first section is to spray ozone water, the ozone concentration is between 1.0-3.0 ppm, the ozone water is recycled with filtering device, ozone generating and mixing devices, balance tank. The second section is to spray aseptic water, the water is mainly replenished by the reflux filling water from the filling station. The aseptic rinsing water can be sent back to water treatment for reuse. After being rinsed, the bottles are picked up by a star-wheel installed in the middle of the machine, and then being sent to the filling station. The filling process adopts weighing filling technology, there are two different-diameter passages for the filling liquid in the valve. When the liquid passes through one of the passages, the load sensor measures the weight of the liquid while filling. When the filled liquid approaches the preset filling amount, the filling valve is switched into another small passage, which makes the filling accuracy very high. At the beginning of filling process, the filling machine weighs the empty bottle. While the machine fills the bottle, the load cell measures the change in overall weight. Once the predefined overall weight has been reached, the filling process automatically stops and the bottle is conveyed to the capping station. In a rotary filler with 20 to 80 filling heads, this process takes around seven to ten seconds for a typical 1.5 liter bottle. Not only is filling by weight highly precise, it comes with further enormous advantages. After being filled, the bottles will be sent to the capping station by a star-wheel. The capping torque can be adjusted accordingly. Capping station is designed to be separated from other parts in the Tri-block for easier maintenance. The caps are sterilized by the online UV sterilizer, and they would be sorted into orders before being fed into the capping station. The cap hopper is equipped with VFD, matching the production speed of the Tri-block. The final confirmation of the design of the cap-feeding, cap-sterilizing, capping systems is based on customer’s caps’ specification.
