Description:
This machine composed with Rinse, filler and capper. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and pure water producing process. The machine is made of great stainless steel which is corrosion resistant and easy cleaning. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopts the special technology equipment from American Sprayer Company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It Is a fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.
Consists of cap puller, exterior&interior brusher, sterilizing-rinsing-filling-capping monoblock, bottle mouth labeling machine, wrapper, palletizer.
Siemens PLC with touch screen, Schneider electric components for better performance.
Sterilizing&rinsing process: 1st, 2nd position: sterilizing; 3rd position: dripping; 4th, 5th pisition: reflux water rinsing, 6th position: dripping, 7th, 8th position: purified water rinsing, 9th position: dripping; 10th, 11th position: purified water rinsing，12th position: dripping.
Internal & external spraying nozzles for through cleaning.
