This machine is divided into four parts: bottle washing, filling, electrical control and pneumatic control.

1. The bottle washing part:

2. Filling part:

4. Pneumatic part:

It is composed of cylinder, pneumatic solenoid valve and pneumatic electric control box.

The machine adopts automatic program control, its working process is as follows:

1. Wash the bottle.

Washing bottle after five station, the first location using chlorine dioxide solvent washing disinfection, washing time is adjustable, the first location time is 12s, the second location for 12s, the third location is 12s, the fourth station to clean water, time is adjustable according to different requirements, the fifth station is will be rinsed clean net residual moisture out of the barrel.

2. The filling:

The clean drying bucket is transported by the chain conveying mechanism and falls on the bucket supporting mechanism. The bucket supporting mechanism centralizes the empty bucket, the filling valve is pressed positive and the filling starts. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the filling pump.

3. Filling and capping

When the filling is finished, the bucket driving mechanism will send the bucket filled with water to the cap cover of the capping machine. When the capped bucket is transferred to the capping mechanism, the capping cylinder will press the cap tightly. At this point, a washing and irrigation cycle is completed.

1. Loosen the upper and lower setting screws, remove the injection system for overall disinfection, or disassemble separately for disinfection and cleaning.

2. Put the liquid inlet pipe in the cleaning liquid and start the machine for cleaning.

3. There may be some errors in the actual filling of the 500ml model. Before the formal filling, use the measuring cylinder to measure correctly.
